Terms and Conditions

The terms for using the Webi360 website and engaging Webi360 for our services. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the website webi360.in and to enquiries you make to Webi360 (“Webi360”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

Webi360 provides digital marketing, SEO, website development and related services. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for each project are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement agreed with you. If anything in a project agreement differs from these terms, the project agreement applies to that project.

No guarantee of results

Search engine rankings, website traffic, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and your own business. We work to follow good practice and improve performance, but we do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic or revenue.

Quotes, payments and GST

Prices quoted are indicative until confirmed in writing. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes are charged in addition to quoted prices unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for each project. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, software licences and advertising budgets are separate unless included in writing.

Client responsibilities

To deliver services on time, we need you to provide accurate information, content, approvals and access to the accounts and systems the project requires. Delays in providing these may delay delivery. You confirm that the content and materials you supply do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, design, logos and graphics, belongs to Webi360 or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Ownership of work created for a client is set out in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of final deliverables passes to the client once all fees due have been paid, while we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how.

Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links and tools

This website may link to third-party websites and use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
